An apple-peeling machineCalke holds an Apple Day each year for people to sample the different varieties of apples grown in the orchards. This old style apple press draws out the apple juice, to make a healthy, organic drink from, in this case, Barron Ward, a cooking apple, sweetened with an eater, King of the Pippins.
